let me just give you a brief summary of what happened in the duration of four days, from 27th till 30th of December 2004 in Bukit Merah Laketown.
the Youth Alive of Revival Centre left the church in Ampang Point at around 8 am plus. while some took the car there, i was one of the campers in the bus. there were a total of nearly 50 of us, including Pastor Lisa, who attended this camp. the trip to and from the camp site was fun! seen many things, like laughters, destructions, singing, tears, and crazy people in the bus!
basically, we enjoyed ourselves to the limit! we have younger dudes like Kimberly, Aaron and Johnathan Foong with us. and there, i did a lot of bonding between the youths, and it was a chance to get closer to them.
got to meet other youths like Stephen, Sharon, Fionna, Ronald, Rueben, Joseph(s), and Rebecca (all from His Santuary of Glory), Helen, Yen May, Daniel Ding, Aaron, Asa, Jonan, and Amanda (Church Of Praise, Ipoh), Leroy and Danny (Glad Tidings PJ), Baldwin, Lenard, etc.... great bunch of dudes!
there, the praise and worship session by different band was good, but what was great was the fact that the presence of God was with us! with a nutty group of Youth Alive Malaysia Committee, two outstanding preachers, Pastor Luis Cabral and Pastor Dale Lim, and a lot of youth fired and passionate for Him, he sense His presense there. manifestation of the Holy Spirit happened, which is beyond comprehension. i couldn't explain to those who asked me what happened. i was equally as speechless, seeing myself kneeing down in tears.
the pastors preached about POWER, Change of heart, prayer, the Holy Spirit and a fulfilled life in God our Father. with testimonies from some youths, crazy "Youth Alive Idle" acts, this camp was really happening!
i'm more fired up for Him more than ever. i want to do His will more than ever! i've come back a change man (err... i think. some "doors" were opened. Oops.) i definately would want to go for the next one, THIS YEAR!
