Really had a blast. This time, i stayed back in KL longer (for five days), and i did manage to get some rest lah.
I got to spend time with my dad and Rowen, even though it was short. Notably, i got to spend time with Pek Mei (though, she was tired and unhappy at one point of time), those in UTAR, like Mr Roland, Alex Woon, Victoria, Eileen, Li Yun, etc and also those from CF, like David, Dewgem, Justin Tan, TAN JO-ANNE!, Cheong Keen, Irene C, Joshua Chin, Darren TLC, Ian, Ms Louise and the rest of the new UTAR PJ CF committee.
Being at the new comm meeting, i think giving my two sens and ideas was the best thing an alumni and former committee member can give. I pray that God will continue leading not only this CF, but the other CFs in other UTAR campuses to work together and do His will and reach out to the other Utarians.
Meeting Justin, Kevan (and later, Sher-Mayne) was great too. It was a good stress reliever being able to have a good fellowship with them. The stag party over fruit juice and chips and salsa at Chilli's was good. Six plates is the limit. Will try and break that next time, ok guys? After all, that what friends are for, ya?
Yeah, and Daniel Sim too. I believe whatever problem you have, bring it to God, and do approach the necessary help. I remember watching The Pursuit of Happyness, where the church choir was singing a touching song. The lyrics went something like, "I do not pray to God for mountain to be moved, but the strength to cross it...." Yeah. That should be your prayer (and mine too).
Oh, not forgetting the surprised party the Home Group threw for Justin Yap aka Lol-ly after church on Sunday. That was fun lah, being around Julius, Fergarsen, Sook Kim, Sook Jan, Jonathan On, Melody On, Russel and Shannon, my brother's girlfriend, who was kind enough to print pictures of Melissa D and me. (Thanks, Shannon!) And i'll upload those pictures i took at the Taiwanese Noodle House soon!
Speaking of Melissa D, i thank God that she and Aunty Moy came back safely after almost a month being in USA to visit Melissa D's Godmom and relatives. I was overjoyed.
I remember saying that a man can cry, but it doesn't look cool; even though those are tears of joy! Like Bernard Yee said, i'm super jiwang! HAHAHA!~
I really thank God that my Sunshine is back here on the island (and yes, her mom as well). And it's true what they say, absence makes the heart grows fonder. I believe that our relationship shouldn't be based on just 'feeling love', but choosing to love as well. I pray for God to keep us strong and together, as we love not only each other day by day, but love Him as well.
"Hello world
Hope you're listening
Forgive me if I’m young
For speaking out of turn
There’s someone I’ve been missing
I think that they could be
The better half of me
They’re in the wrong place trying to make it right
But I’m tired of justifying
So i say you’ll
Come home
Come home
Cause I’ve been waiting for you
For so long
For so long
And right now there's a war between the vanities
But all i see is you and me
The fight for you is all I’ve ever known
So come home...."

Not everyone's sad during the rainy season...I'm not...the storm is one of my few comforters after a tough or hurting day...and I had a lot of that...besides, I walk under the rain frequently and I like it despite getting my shoes soaked...:)
Don't get me wrong, Ms EL, but i do enjoy the rain... but not to the point where it floods and everyone panics and laments.
