The Horrors of Digging Up Dirt.

Sometimes in life, there are things that are meant to be left alone. Deserted just as the way it was. Let me elaborate what I meant by this:

Before I went jogging yesterday morning (I can already imagine readers either laughing or eyes wide open when I mention that) I decided to get rid of the weeds in the front yard, which include roughening up the ground a little. After pulling pesky weeds out, I’ve decided to dig the ground a little to get the root out, hence getting rid of the problem from the roots. (pun unintended)

To my horror, I’ve discovered a few of annoying creatures underneath the dirt; there were grubs, a black ant colony, and a centipede (which I had to kill before it could kill me). Centipedes are dangerous enough with its poisonous pincers. But one that actually jumps towards you is more dangerous.

Without a doubt, I took the hoe I was holding, and gave it a few good beatings. As cruel I am to that poor creature, it was heading to my house. My killer instincts was strong than my curiosity side.

That was the last time I’m ever digging the ground there!

this place is now taboo to me.

A grub.

The unfortunately squashed centipede.

Love & Peace!~
